Shipping Policy

At Surfboard Zone, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and affordably—so you can hit the waves without delay.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping across the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available on select items)

Note: Large items such as surfboards and paddleboards may require additional handling time and incur oversized shipping fees.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 (excluding oversized items like surfboards).

Oversized & Freight Shipping

Surfboards and other oversized products are shipped via freight. A signature may be required upon delivery. We’ll contact you with tracking info and any special delivery instructions once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime in your [Account] dashboard.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
